Conditions of Sale:

• ALL Orders will have a minimum Handling Charge of $9.95 This charge is to cover Packaging & Handling costs, as the items are offered at such a reduced rate.
• Shipping Charges are calculated based on dollar value.
• All Shipping Charges assume UPS Ground unless specified in the Notes section of the Order or otherwise specified.
• Should the actual shipping charges exceed the amount calculated the adjustment will be added to your order this amount will be noted on the bill.
• Orders being shipped outside the Continental USA may require additional shipping charges.
• All Orders take 3-5 Days to ship.
• All Prepayment and C.O.D. Shipments should make check or money orders payable to R&D Associates

Return Policy for Defective Products:

• If your product is defective ComputerJunk makes no warranty with the exception of replacement if equivalent product is available.
• In the event that a product needs to be returned for replacement to ComputerJunk, the customer is responsible for all shipping arrangements, including costs. Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable. 
• No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and a ComputerJunk return merchandise authorization ("RMA") number. RMA numbers must be obtained within 7 days of receipt of the product, and the product must be received within 10 days of the RMA's issuance. To obtain an RMA from ComputerJunk please submit your claim by submitting an E-mail to Customer Service.
• Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns. Please retain all tracking information from the shipper until you have been credited or new product has been received. ComputerJunk highly recommends using a reputable carrier capable of providing proof of delivery. ComputerJunk also requires that return shipments be properly packed and fully insured. 
• Any returns that are found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and all non-product related fees (such as installation charges or special delivery instructions) are not refundable. 
• No unauthorized returns will be accepted by ComputerJunk. All returns must be in original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any missing items will be subject to a replacement charge.
• With the exception of product return for replacement all sales are final.  No refunds will be issued.
